1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Monarch LLC. By hiring our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Monarch LLC offers cleaning services, including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and specialty cleaning services. A detailed list of services will be provided upon request.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

- Services will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $50.
- If a client fails to provide access to the premises at the scheduled time, the client may be charged for the missed appointment.

4. Pricing and Payment

- Prices for services will be quoted prior to service. Additional services beyond the initial agreement may incur additional charges.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Accepted payment methods include venmo, zelle, cash and all major cards.

5. Client Responsibilities

- Clients must ensure that the premises are accessible and safe for our cleaning staff.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

7. Liability Limitations

Monarch LLC is insured, but our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

Monarch LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
